Background

With the acceleration of consumption upgrading and agricultural modernization, the deep processing of agricultural products has become a core link in extending the industrial chain and enhancing added value. Currently, the processing rate of agricultural products in China is steadily increasing, but challenges such as insufficient technological innovation, weak industrial chain coordination, and limited brand competitiveness persist. To implement the national rural revitalization strategy and promote high-quality industrial development, the “2025 China Agricultural Product Deep Processing Industry Development Forum” is proposed. The forum will focus on technology empowerment, innovation, and full industrial chain collaboration, aiming to build a government-industry-academia-research-application integrated platform to facilitate industry transformation and upgrading.
